Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress, best known as Joan Holloway. She played the role in seven seasons of the period dramatic Mad Men from 2007-2015. Her performance in the show earned her critical acclaim as well as six Emmy award nominations in the best acting category for supporting actors. The span of her career, which has spanned over two decades includes appearances on the crime comedy series Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. The actress is well known for her performances in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey In Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. She has also been a voice actor in animated films such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 and Scoob!. The career she began with was modeling and she continued it throughout her career until she made her debut as a TV actor with Undressed which was a 1999 TV show. The actress had her first big character in the comedy-drama show Beggars and Choosers. After the show, she was recognized for the role she played in Firefly. Esquire magazine chose her to be the most sexy woman on earth and the Best-Looking American Woman of 2010.
